No sweat, No gain!

Dear Month of May,
 Please be nice to me! I promise to exercise 4-6 times a week and to watch my diet. The challenge is, 1 hour intense cardio workout and to start juicing.  I promise to sweat, and not to leave the gym early. And if I don't go to the gym, I promise to do a workout video or run. Maybe run, maybe!! I wont give up. At the end I hope to it's a start to something great.
