 I believe every women, every girl, every lady has the "it girl" factor in them. My journey is my self discovery of finding and bringing out my inner "it girl" in me. That  "it" factor, is what makes YOU special. It makes you stand out, makes your eyes twinkle and makes you respected. Its what makes a woman, a lady. 

I believe age is not a factor when it comes to being a "it girl". I have meet some "it girls" who were over 70 and I just hope that when i'm that old, I will be as fly as they were. 

According to Wikipedia..." 'It'  is that quality possessed by some which draws all others with its magnetic force. With 'It'you win all men if you are a woman and all women if you are a man.
